Job Summary:


This position works as a Finance Controller for NPI (New Product Introduction/Projects), covering all Global Harvesting and Seeding & Tillage developments as a Finance leader of each project, responsible for building, criticizing and analysing the entire business case, providing information for High Leadership to make decisions based on FIN numbers as IRR, NPV, payback, cost and margins. This position also works with Capex and Opex controlling for each NPI project.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for business cases build, compilation and analysis of all new projects introduction (NPI).
  • In charge for driving discussions with areas in order to clarify all needed inputs, making sure we have consistent and confidence on numbers and assumptions for making the right decision and presenting to local and global FIN leadership the project results (KFI) in each phase/gate as needed.
  • The Finance Controlling must struggle for what the project is committed to deliver to the business, seeking better profitability to AGCO and also creating financial sensitivity scenarios for measuring and understanding the risks.
  • It is also responsability of this function the Capex & Opex controlling for each project, with a pro-active monitoring during the entire NPI cycle.
  • Collaboration in order to develop and support Global FIN Tools and Procedures and guaranteeing the process is running according to the Global NPI FIN Guideline.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's  Degree in Business Administration, Finance & Economics or Engineering, the latter if a substantial experience in Finance matters;
  • Fluent English, Good Comunication for driving discussions and presentations, Decision Making;
  • Ability to Resolve Conflict and Execute;
  • Ability to work with numbers in a organized and planned way (Planning and Organizing);
  • Be Proactive and Protagonist.
