We’re hiring a Senior AI Platform Engineer to join our AI Platform Engineering team. In this role, you’ll lead the design and development of reusable, secure, and scalable platform services that enable AI innovation across the enterprise. You’ll apply your systems thinking and deep software engineering expertise to accelerate the development and deployment of machine learning and AI capabilities at scale, from smart farming systems to enterprise automation.

You’ll be part of a high-impact team creating an internal developer platform purpose-built for computer vision, GenAI, machine learning workloads. Your work will empower data scientists and engineers to experiment faster, deploy more reliably, and deliver AI solutions that transform agriculture.

Your Impact

• Design and build core AI platform services and golden paths for containerized training, distributed compute, experiment tracking, artifact management, and model deployment.
• Operate scalable, reproducible, and compliant AI infrastructure across cloud, on prem, and hybrid environments.
• Deliver self service developer tooling (templates, CI/CD pipelines, environments, documentation) that accelerates AI delivery teams and reduces friction.
• Establish and enforce operational standards for CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, reliability, performance, cost efficiency, and security.
• Act as a technical leader and collaborator, partnering with AI, data, architecture, and security teams, contributing to platform roadmap decisions, and mentoring engineers on strong platform practices.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software, platform, or infrastructure engineering, with 3+ years supporting data- or AI‑intensive systems.
• Strong cloud-native system design and operations experience on GCP or AWS (GCP preferred).
• Proficient programming skills in Python, Go, or JavaScript, building reliable, production‑grade services.
• Deep expertise in containers and platform infrastructure, including Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform or similar).
• End-to-end platform and operations experience, including CI/CD, Git-based workflows, monitoring/logging, resilient distributed systems, and hands‑on exposure to data and ML workflows (Spark, Airflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, or equivalents).
