What we are looking for:
This position is responsible for manage the service area and support technical issues region of Brazil. The service coordinator is a link between factory and dealers, bringing issues from the field to be treat internally, into the factory. On the other hand, he is responsible for take the technical solutions from the factory to the dealer and customers. Part of his routines are follow ups and treat some Warranty claims, good wills, evaluate the dealers workshop area, number of technicians versus number of machines sold on the dealer location, check and define special tools, evaluate the technical training level and perform some actions plans to figure out what is out of agreements. The most part of his time is answering and supporting dealers to solve product problems, so is very important know well all of our product. The Service Coordinator also need to be available for travels to dealer and customer visit or be in contact with them by virtual meetings, aligning demands according necessities.
What are you going to do:
Monitor warranty claims and % of dealers claims refused; Dealer's special tools inventory; Support or answer Technical issues reported by tech connect; Know technically how to fixt all of our portfolio from FENDT brand, and for some times is necessary know how to operate as well. Know how to support using EDT(Electronic diagnostic tool); FENDIAS. Service order audits to be sure that are using original parts and lubricants; Lead workshops for new products (presenting technically the product launched); Represent AGCO in customers Lawswits Toll free number answers and customer support.
What do you need:
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Engineering (Agricultural, Mechanic, Electrical, Electronic or similar) and related areas.
