The Senior Analyst, Infrastructure FinOps will support financial governance, budget planning, forecasting, vendor management, contract renewals, procurement coordination, and cost optimization for AGCO’s global Advanced Infrastructure organization across on-premises and cloud services.
This role will partner closely with Infrastructure Leadership, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and strategic suppliers to ensure accurate CAPEX/OPEX planning, timely contract renewals, compliant purchasing activities, and measurable value realization.
Your Impact
- Financial Management & Forecasting: Manage infrastructure budgets, CAPEX/OPEX forecasts, financial reporting, and spending controls to ensure accurate planning and budget compliance.
- Cost Optimization: Analyze infrastructure costs (cloud, software, hardware, telecom, and services) to identify savings opportunities and deliver cost-reduction initiatives.
- Contract & Renewal Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of vendor contracts, maintain renewal schedules, and ensure timely execution of renewals to avoid operational risks.
- Vendor & Procurement Management: Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders on negotiations, supplier evaluations, RFPs, contract consolidation, and performance management to maximize value.
- Purchase-to-Pay Governance: Manage SAP Ariba requisitions, purchase orders, invoice validation, and payment processes to ensure compliance, budget control, and uninterrupted service delivery.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in IT Financial Management, FinOps, Vendor Management, Procurement, Technology Portfolio Management, or IT Business Operations.
- Strong understanding of CAPEX/OPEX budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial governance, and cost optimization.
- Experience managing technology contracts, vendor renewals, procurement processes, and supplier engagements in global environments.
- Hands-on experience creating and managing Purchase Requisitions in SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms.
- Advanced English communication skills, with ability to work across Finance, Procurement, Infrastructure teams, and vendors.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with SAP, Ariba, ServiceNow, OnePlan (preferred).
