The Senior Manager, Advanced Infrastructure - Network & Technical Services is a strategic leadership role responsible for leading key infrastructure domains at AGCO, including Network (enterprise and OT), Firewalls, InfraApps, End User Workplace, and Active Directory/Microsoft 365 services.
This position ensures that infrastructure platforms are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with business priorities. The leader works closely with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), operational teams, and business stakeholders to define and implement infrastructure strategy while ensuring a seamless transition into steady-state operations.
The role combines strategy, engineering leadership, and service transformation, driving modernization initiatives such as Network Segmentation (Iron Cloud), Zero Trust architecture, and Microsoft 365 evolution. It is accountable for advancing infrastructure maturity through standardized models, governance, and best practices, driving continuous improvement across all domains.
Reporting directly to the Global Director of Advanced Infrastructure, this role leads a global organization of managers and engineers, ensuring end-to-end ownership of infrastructure network and infrastructure applications services, and strong alignment between engineering, operations, and business outcomes.

Your Impact: 

  • Define and execute the global strategy and roadmap for Network & Infra Apps, aligned with business and digital transformation priorities
  • Lead engineering and service ownership across Network, Firewalls, OT, Infrastructure Applications, End User Workplace, and AD/M365
  • Drive major infrastructure transformation initiatives, including Network Segmentation (Iron Cloud), Zero Trust, and Microsoft 365 optimization and AI.
  • Establish and evolve infrastructure maturity models to continuously improve service quality, scalability, and security
  • Ensure end-to-end ownership of infrastructure technical services, from design and engineering through operational handoff
  • Partner closely with MSP and operational teams to define clear ownership, service boundaries, and accountability
  • Govern MSP performance, ensuring delivery meets SLAs, quality standards, and business expectations
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable infrastructure solutions
  • Participate of  global infrastructure programs and ensure delivery of key projects on time and aligned with strategic objectives
  • Provide oversight and guidance for complex technical decisions, escalations, and risk mitigation
  • Build and lead high-performing global teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Your Experience and Qualifications:

  • Complete Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience in infrastructure leadership roles within global enterprises. Strong expertise in network and telecom architecture, security (including firewalls and segmentation across enterprise and OT environments)
  • Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID, and modern workplace technologies
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale infrastructure transformations (e.g., Zero Trust, network modernization)
  • Experience managing MSPs and global vendor relationships. Exposure to key technology vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Palo Alto, Cisco, AT&T)
  • Exposure to Agile/DevOps and global/offshore delivery models (advantage). Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is an advantage

This job position is based in Canoas/RS and the work format is Onsite (4x1). The travels volume is around 15% of the time.
