You are responsible for Crop Care products — particularly sprayers and planters — focused on developing and delivering technical training. This includes creating and maintaining training materials, leading training projects for new product introductions, and ensuring on-time delivery in line with AMPIP rules. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product management, marketing, and technical documentation teams. The role involves organizing and delivering training sessions locally and internationally, acting as a train-the-trainer for internal teams and global distributors, maintaining training facilities and equipment, creating training mock-ups or subassemblies, and occasionally supporting third-party companies as subject matter expert.

 

Your Impact 

  • Write technical training document;
  • Perform instructor-led training session;
  • Update on a regular basis the training document;
  • Create online training content;
  • Update online training content;
  • Mock-up / Sub-assembly creation;
  • Being responsible of his training session organization.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications  

  • Bachelor degree on Mechanical, Electrics, Electronics or Agricultural Engineering.
  •  Experience in AG and technical training - Very good technical ability in mechanical, hydraulic and electronic.
  • Advanced English (English language is required to reading and writing with proficiency, and able to participate in meetings, presenting, understanding the main points and being able to communicate effectively).
  • Good communication skills with ease to talk to an audience.
  • Desired a good level of IT awareness.
