Who We Are Looking For

AGCO is looking for a Talent Management Intern supporting the AGCO Acceleration Center in Champaign, IL. As the Talent Management Intern you will have the opportunity to gain real world experience in the areas of talent management and talent acquisition, while positively impacting the people, employer brand and culture of AGCO.

 

What You Will Do

  • Support Talent Acquisition processes including creating job requisitions, monitoring and guiding the recruitment process of our internship program
  • Assisting with project and program presentations, reports and other materials.
  • Support with administrative tasks including intern tracking, onboarding, offboarding, ordering supplies etc.
  • Management and support of payroll
  • Preparing for and working at recruitment opportunities for student and full time employees such as career fairs and networking events. 
  • Support with learning and development initiatives for Talent Solutions team
  • Assist with HR systems including data management

 

You will have the opportunity to work on many of the above topics (not necessarily all) and additional responsibilities may be added based on your requests and growth/development areas.

 

What You Will Bring

  • Enrollment full-time at a college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field
  • Graduation date must be May 2023 or later
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

 

A Plus If You Have

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Previous Human Resources internship or work experience
  • Ability to quickly comprehend new systems and tools
  • Ability to organize work and effectively manage a variety of projects at the same time, while meeting deadlines.

 

Additional Details

  • This is a paid, part-time internship for Fall 2022. Students are expected to work 15-20 hours per week.
  • Based on performance, this internship can continue across several semester (i.e. full-time in the summer, part-time during the academic school year).
