JOB Summary

Provides Supplier Quality Support to Suppliers in China for assigned forging and machining commodities, Responsible for supplier qualification and part qualification processes in China for AGCO China Operations and global AGCO locations. Capable of assessing supply base capability and training suppliers on AGCO processes and procedures. Co-ordinates assigned commodities to ensure that AGCO worldwide locations have access to that information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all necessary SQE activities, TR/TPA and SSR audit, PPAP approval

• Manage and lead part qualification process with Chinese suppliers

• Resolve quality issues by problem solving, troubleshooting and 8D follow up

• Coordinator with PM and all SQE team to follow up all activities required by projects

• Comply with company EHS rules and regulations

Qualifications

- Knowledge of quality systems and procedures, eg ISO9000, QS9000, TS16949, etc

- Good knowledge about the operations of manufacturing in the automotive/construction equipment industry or metallurgy, and the impact of supplier quality.

- Quality tools: APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, 8D, GR&R, etc.

- Forging and machining experiences. steel heat treatment knowledge is preferred

- Materials, Gage, heat treatment with metallography knowledge.

- GD&T and inspection knowledge.

- Problem solving skills based on evidence
