Driveline Expert

The purpose of this job is to lead the driveline team to get the Engineering job done. the position holder will work with local team and global team on NPI Projects, PCO Ideas and CPM activities which are related to driveline scope. to ensure superior product performance, good reliability, good manufacturability and serviceability.

Your Impact 你的影响 

1.Manage driveline team to work closely with Validation team, MFG, QA, Customer Service and supplier to polish the product design.

2. Cooperate with local Engineering and global Engineering team to support NPI, PCO and CPM activities. 

3. Develop tractor components, Create 3D, 2D drawing, and bill of material (BOM) for production, more focus on Gears, shafts, synchronizer, Bevel set, front axle, casting parts etc.

4. Make design calculations with Kisssoft and ANSYS software. 

Your Experience and Qualifications 你的经验和资格

1.Experience in design and testing of Off-highway vehicles (Construction, Agricultural & industrial sectors) (5+ years)

2.Give priority to the candidate who has Good Knowledge of tracotr machine, or good meterial/heat treatment knowledge, or Cab design knowledge etc. 

3.Practical test knowledge of components in both the laboratory and field with the ability to understand and interpret results

4.Organized and methodical way to problem solve issues

5.Strong teamwork

6.Good English skill
