This role will utilize technologies and tools to improve the timeliness and accuracy of financial analyses, planning development, approves and reviews budgets for all major capital expenditures. Provide data to support AGCO Senior Business Leaders make business decisions by developing budgets, forecasts, reports and analyses. 
 

Your Impact

• Review Yearly standard DL, OH rate setting in SAP related standard percentage & simulate the standard cost
• Set cost center structure according to budget, & Cycle maintain in SAP for the cost related transferred to abnormal, allocation to other regions
• Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow budget & forecast according to S&OP plan, and review with Budget/Forecast & Actual
• Review with Functional Head for OH/Opex spending, and analyze the variances the gap with budget/forecast
• Head Count Report preparing & gathering information from both HR & department, and monthly review with HR
• Review and support capital spending and other investment decisions
• Monthly Closing related voucher booking & Queries review with APA
• Routine work and other task arranged by superior

Your Essential Skills

• Above 5 years experience in financial accounting and US GAAP principles
• Excellent numeric and analytical skills
• Strong Excel spreadsheet skills, Powerpoint, Word and other systems knowledge
• Appreciation of the workings of HFM & SAP system
