The Senior Auditor, APA is responsible for supporting all audit activities in Asia Pacific and Africa region. Audits to perform include, but are not limited to, SOX, operational, financial, and investigative audits. He or she will also work directly with Regional Internal Audit Manager as well as Global Internal Audit team on specific audit projects surrounding compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act as well as AGCO policy and procedures. 

Your Impact

• Work with local control owners and global SOX team to maintain ongoing compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
• Support the APA Internal Audit Manager in delivering projects under the annual audit plan, including site visit audits, operational and compliance audits across the Asia-Pacific and Africa regions.
• Support the compliance investigation upon request.
• Contribute to Internal Audit initiatives involving AI and automation tools, and proactively use the audit system and other relevant tools.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and support global audit projects as required.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in internal or external audit, finance, or compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Legal, or a related field; knowledge of SOX requirements and internal controls.
• Certificates as CIA, ACCA,CPA preferred
• Big Four experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English is required.
• Experience working in a global, multinational organization or international study experience are preferred.
• Strong cultural awareness and the ability to collaborate effectively within an international team.
