Project Engineer

 Job Summary: 

This position is to manage new product introduction in terms of engineering activity through AMPIP. Work together with Project manager for project definition, feasibility, development, validation, industrialization, implementation and evaluation.  Make feasible and aggressive plans for engineering tasks.  closely cooperation with global engineering sites. Key performance is to monitor engineering tasks in project and guarantee engineering deliverables with timing, quality and cost efficiency.

Your Impact 你的影响   

• Define engineering needs and framework in project, e.x. product spec, resource, time plan and budget.  

• Follow up engineering activities and make sure on time delivery for each gate review.  

• Cooperate with project manger and other functions for all project KPIs.  

• Communicate with global engineering sites to align all spec, designs and validation.  

• Update project status to project team and global engineering management tea  

Your Experience and Qualifications 你的经验和资格  

• Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.  

• Experience in agricultural and/or off-highway vehicles   

• Good experience in project management .  

• Good communication skill with inlfuence. Ability to communicate in English - Written and spoken  

• Resistant to hight pressure
