- Provide product technical support to AGCO Technical Teams for region(s) of responsibility - Quantification / qualification of field service technical and functional issues collecting all required technical & warranty data.

- Coordinate all Product Support Programs ensuring that completion rates are achieved in line with company objectives - Author service bulletins providing additional technical information to dealers and distributors to suit AGCO global / regional requirements

- Provide AGCO Tech-Connect Knowledge based system with known resolutions to field service issues.

- Attend training and service review meetings

- Working with Technical Training Manager support AGCO regional service training requirements for new product launches.

- Working with Technical Training Manager support Distributor service training requirements where required

- Working with product managment provide input to provide continued improvment to products where necessary.
