The Logistics Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring smooth material flow and inventory management within the production environment. This position is deeply involved in shop floor activities and supporting real-time decision-making to maintain efficient production workflows. Additionally, the role provides key support to the Logistics Engineering team, assisting in process optimization, layout planning, and the implementation of innovative solutions to enhance storage, transportation, and supply chain efficiency. By leveraging SAP system capabilities and collaborating with production teams and suppliers, the Logistics Analyst ensures timely deliveries, accurate stock control, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Your impact
- Shop Floor: Monitor and analyze logistics processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness production continuity.
- SAP System Utilization: Material flow monitoring, and logistics data analysis using SAP.
- Support to Logistics Engineering: Assist in process optimization, layout design, implementation of logistics improvements and packaging development.
- Compliance & Documentation: Generate and maintain accurate records, ensure regulatory compliance, and support audits.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline logistics workflows.
- Supplier & Production Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers and production teams to align logistics strategies with operational needs.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- 1-2 years in logistics, supply chain management, or a related area.
- Familiarity with SAP system for logistics and inventory tracking.
- Intermediate English proficiency for effective communication in a global environment.
- KPIs implementation and tracking.
