This position is responsible to drive the company's parts sales across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, overseeing the activities of territory managers and the dealer network, with the objective of fostering growth in the Parts business line and increasing customer and dealer satisfaction.

 

Your Impact

  • Develop and implement operational and commercial strategies to drive parts sales across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, ensuring market penetration and business growth.
  • Lead, coach, develop and support the team, Territory Managers and the dealer network in parts sales activities, including field demonstrations and aftersales programs.
  • Manage sales forecasting and dealer purchasing programs to optimize parts availability and sales performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, profitability margins, pricing strategies, warranty and claims processes, and customer/dealer satisfaction metrics.
  • Coordinate dealer network actions to develop parts sales and customer satisfaction.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Aftermarket Services, Parts, Dealer Development management.
  • Strong knowledge of parts operations, aftersales service, and marketing concepts, with proven sales experience through dealers channel
  • Availability to travel across the assigned region.
  • Advanced English proficiency; intermediate Portuguese is desirable.
