Your impact

• Dealer and customer prospecting and relationship management: Identify and prospect new customers in the agricultural sector, conducting visits together with the dealer.
• Develop and maintain close relationships with dealers and key customers, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
• Product demonstrations: Conduct field demonstrations.
• Support sales negotiations and deal closing with dealers: Negotiate sales conditions, prepare orders, and follow up on the business closing process.
• Provide after-sales support to dealers and customers.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields;
• 5 years experience in related background;
• Strong documentation, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills combined with clear technical communication across all organizational levels
• Results-driven professional with strong process/system thinking, attention to detail and traceability, capable of managing multiple engineering changes simultaneously
• Advanced English
