Your impact
- Process all inbound shipments for serialized units, machinery, and fully owns spare parts inbound operations.
- Communicate daily with customs brokers and 4PL partners to coordinate clearance and release of inbound goods.
- Prepare, review, and organize all import documentation, ensuring accuracy for customs submission (Invoice, Packing List, BL, CO, etc.).
- Coordinate freight pick‑ups (air, sea, ground) based on shipment requirements.
- Monitors arrival milestones and transit updates to ensure shipments remain on schedule.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- 4 years’ experience in Trade Compliance and Logistics.
- Bachelor's: business administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar are highly desirable.
- Quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with SAP modules (MM, PP, LES) or JDE is advantageous.
- Level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
