Your impact
- Ensure safe operations and strong 5S in receiving, repack, warehouses, routes, and line‑side areas.
- Oversee receiving, inspection, labeling, repack, storage, supermarket management, and timely material delivery to welding, painting, and assembly.
- Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counts, variance control, and accurate SAP/WMS transactions.
- Supervise and develop material handlers, drivers, receiving clerks, and re‑pack operators.
- Promote lean improvements to reduce waste, optimize flow, enhance productivity, and lower handling costs.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: Industrial Eng., Manufacturing Eng., Mechanical Eng., Mechatronics Eng., Logistics Eng., or similar.
Preferred: Postgraduate studies or certifications in Operations/Supply Chain (e.g., APICS/ASCM CPIM/CLTD) are a plus.
- 5 years supervising material handling, warehouse, or internal logistics operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge and experience supporting welding, painting, and assembly value streams, including line‑side material presentation and hazardous material handling.
- Results implementing lean material flow systems: PFEP, kanban, supermarkets, milk‑run routes, kitting, and heijunka.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP (MM, WM, IM, PP modules) including transactions for material movements, backflushing, pick/put‑away, staging, cycle counting, and production order support
- Advanced Spanish, Advanced English.
