AGCO is looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to work remotely in North America. As the Cybersecurity Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting, reviewing, and evaluating security solutions and services that achieve our security program goals.

 

The Cybersecurity Analyst runs the first line of AGCO's security program. Analysts report to Cybersecurity Managers, under the office of the CISO. They run our SOC tooling, investigate tickets, check suspicious mail, links and attachments, and keep watch over alerts from our monitoring tool. They contribute to team meetings, collaborate with engineers, and help perform IR activities if necessary. We encourage and support our analysts growing their skillsets, through a variety of learning and certification methods. What you will do:

  •  Support, review, and evaluate security solutions and services that achieve the security program goals.
  • Engage stakeholders at various levels of the organization for the area of responsibility, maintaining clear documentation for all activities 
  • Track and research the latest vulnerabilities and security trends, understanding how they might apply to our environments  
  • Maintain knowledge of common vulnerabilities, attack methodologies and their mitigation strategies (including OWASP Top 10, CWE Top 25) 
  • Support the engagement of third parties to achieve cybersecurity program objectives 

 

What you will bring:

  • 0-3 years of relevant cybersecurity experience
  • Familiarity of or knowledge of enterprise and cloud=computing concepts
  • Experience in or knowledge of applicable compliance regulations and standards (SOX, GDPR, NIST, ISO, etc.)
  • Strong preference for outcome-oriented thinking

 

A Plus if You Have:

  • Industry-level certifications, i.e. SEC+, CSSLP, etc. 
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, specifically SAFe and Scrum 
  • Experience with security assessments, risk management and compliance, vulnerability scanning, or penetration testing with experience providing remediation techniques 
  • Knowledge of network and web related protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS)
