<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Your tasks:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Implementation of global product strategies in order to achieve value delivery and long term strategic goals based on agreed global or regional value streams and epics
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Develop and deliver product visions and strategies in alignment with company strategy to exceed customer expectations
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Close alignment with internal and external stakeholders considering trends in markets and competitions as well as evolving business models and technologies
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Work collaboratively with global and regional functions identifying, aligning and communicating with relevant stakeholders agreeing on the evolving roadmap and product backlog prioritization
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Representing the customer/dealer needs and their continuous feedback developing innovative solutions in order to deliver best in class customer experience
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ambassador of our digital and agile transformation
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Organize sequence of work by collaborating with other digital product managers and digital product owners to identify project dependencies and by acting as knowledge broker to resolve blockers


<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">What you need:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">5+ years of experience in related field (Marketing, Campaign Management, etc.)
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Working experience as Product Owner/Manager (e.g. using Business Model/Lean Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, Empathy map etc.)
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ideally experience with Salesforce, CRM and Marketing Automation
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Preferably experience in agile/lean environments (Scrum, Kanban and SAFe)
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ideally familiarity with the technical, operational, legal and regulatory environments within which the products operate
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Excellent communication and stakeholder/expectation management skills (having awareness of business value & value-driven development)
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ability to articulate product requirements to cross-functional teams
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strong functional leadership ability, forward thinking skills, capable to adapt and work under pressure
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Entrepreneurial spirit coupled with good negotiating skills as well as excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Dynamic and adaptable individual, with a high ability to handle ambiguity
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Willingness to travel up to 50%
