AGCO has an exciting career opportunity for a seasoned stock plan administrator with public company experience.   The ideal candidate has a strong interest in supporting the overall executive compensation function.  

 

Your Impact 

 

  • Administer global equity plans and maintain all aspects of the equity management system, including new grants (e.g. RSUs, PSUs, Stock Appreciation Rights), vest event processing and settlement, terminations, monitor demographic file transfers from HR/Payroll systems to vendor equity management system 
     
  • Assist in implementing and administering a global Employee Stock Purchase Plan 
     
  • Reconcile and perform auditing procedures relating to equity transactions monthly to ensure accuracy and quality control in the equity management system 
     
  • Provide adequate information and timely response related to equity plans and transactions to Finance, HR, Tax, Payroll, Legal, and SOX Compliance departments to ensure effective equity transaction processing, financial reporting, and SEC filings 
     
  • Coordinate with Legal to set insider restrictions and preclearance flags in the equity management system 
     
  • Support Executive Compensation function including assist in the preparation of Compensation Committee materials and compile data for annual proxy statement executive compensation tables.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance or equivalent related work or military experience 
  • 3 years of experience in field equity plan administration role in a publicly traded U.S. company or comparable experience 
  • Working knowledge of equity management systems 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various types of equity awards, programs, and governing stock plan documents 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
