Join AGCO's Custom Harvest Tech Van team and gain valuable experience supporting harvest service operations through inventory management, parts administration, and warranty processes.
As a Tech Van Operations Intern, you'll play a key role in ensuring the Tech Van team has the parts, documentation, and inventory controls needed to support customers throughout the harvest season. You'll work closely with AGCO specialists, gaining exposure to agricultural equipment, service operations, and inventory management while building valuable business and technical skills.
Your Impact
- Process and maintain repair order documentation and service records
- Coordinate parts ordering, receipting, and filing activities
- Submit and track parts warranty claims and supporting documentation
- Support the Tech Van team with administrative and operational tasks that help keep harvest support running efficiently
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Agriculture, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering Technology, or a related field
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in agricultural equipment preferred
- Self-motivated and willing to travel full-time during the harvest season
- Ability to work in outdoor agricultural environments, stand or walk for extended periods, and safely perform duties that require bending, reaching, and manual handling of materials
Life on the Tech Van Team
The Tech Van is AGCO's mobile command center for harvest support. Equipped with specialized tools, critical service parts, the team travels north with the harvest season, providing rapid support when customers need it most.
