AGCO Corp has an exciting opportunity for a Global Strategy Manager to join its team in Duluth, GA. Only 30 minutes outside of Atlanta, Duluth is home to AGCO headquarters. The location allows easy access to the big city lifestyle that Atlanta provides. The headquarters have grown to now include over 500 employees.

 

The Global Strategy Manager, Results Delivery role acts as a critical member of the Results Delivery Office (RDO) to assist in managing the systems & processes that support the overall global portfolio of projects. In this role, they will direct the strategic alignment, prioritization, and execution of global initiatives, including ownership of the projects and programs within the RDO. The candidate will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison among senior leadership, project management and planning, project team and cross functional SME. We are looking for a professional who will lead staff that reviews the project proposal to determine time frame, financial implications and limitations and procedures for accomplishing the project.

   

What you will do: 

  •  Work with leadership team to develop, establish, implement, and re-evaluate target portfolio aligned to corporate, enterprise, group, and business; Work closely with senior leadership and program (sub-initiative) owners, continuously interacting with groups across the enterprise to drive value
  • Oversee team and its members to monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
  • Lead project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and determine resource requirements.
  • Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and
  • Develop and monitor a wide range of reports and analyses of the portfolios including investment performance trends and comparisons to client

 

What you will bring: 

  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience is required 
  • Minimum of three years of related work experience, preferably in a manufacturing enterprise
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to pull together, organize, and analyze large quantities of data and to check the
  • Strong storyboarding/presentation skills, with the ability quickly frame, build, and present executive-level presentations in a structured manner
  • Experience in project management, project delivery process and portfolio management.
