The Strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) Digital Technology (DT) serves as a trusted advisor and consultant to senior leadership, aligning business objectives with HR strategies to drive organizational performance and employee engagement. This role reports to the Global HRBP Digital Technology and is responsible for delivering high-impact human capital strategies, workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives in partnership with business leaders.  This role will support business leaders across multiple countries, aligning HR strategies with business goals and driving global talent initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, cross-cultural awareness, and a deep understanding of US HR practices and labor laws. 

  

Your Impact 

  • Strategic HR Business Partner supporting Data & AI, Digital Customer Technology, and Security DT leadership teams and serve as a trusted business partner and change agent. 

  • Support the leadership team in establishing AGCO company culture and behaviors supporting AGCO values. Support the talent management strategy and strategic workforce planning activities to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent aligned with future business needs. 

  • Act as a business partner to Managers and Senior Leaders and coach employees. Lead strategic HR initiatives and support business alignment across DT North America to drive organizational effectiveness and ensure HR strategies are aligned with overall business goals. 

  • Serve as the dedicated HR contact, supporting organizational needs and workforce initiatives. Act as a change agent, guiding organizational transformation, cultural initiatives, and workforce planning. 

  • Manage DT NA immigration processes, ensuring compliance and seamless coordination for employee work authorization and mobility. Support employee relations, performance improvement plans and investigations. 

  

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 5-10 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner role. 

  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and programs. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 

  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management abilities. Capable of thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments.  

  • Ability to analyze complex information and make quick, accurate decisions. Experience in implementing and overseeing HR policies and procedures.  

  • Proficiency in interpreting and ensuring compliance with global employment laws and regulations. Strategic mindset with the ability to influence leadership and drive data-driven HR initiatives.
