AGCO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Analyst II to join our dynamic team. As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to complex cybersecurity threats and incidents. Your expertise will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating advanced threats to AGCO information systems and data environment. You will work closely with other members of the cybersecurity team to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve our cybersecurity program goals.
What you will do:
- Investigate and respond to advanced cybersecurity incidents, including malware infections, data breaches, network intrusions, and other security events.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of security alerts and events to identify indicators of compromise (IOCs) and potential vulnerabilities.
- Utilize advanced security tools and technologies to detect and prevent security breaches, unauthorized access, and other malicious activities.
- Perform root cause analysis of security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation and preventive measures.
- Develop and implement incident response plans, including coordination with other IT teams and external stakeholders, to effectively address security incidents.
- Work with other teams across the enterprise to determine impact of cybersecurity incidents to the business.
- Collaborate with other cybersecurity analysts to develop and refine detection rules, signatures, and alerts to enhance the organization's overall threat detection capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices, and actively participate in knowledge sharing within the team.
What you will bring:
- 4+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or GIAC are highly desirable.
- Proven experience working as a Cybersecurity Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on incident response and threat analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS), endpoint protection solutions, SIEM, and vulnerability management tools.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, malware analysis, and reverse engineering techniques.
- Experience with log analysis, packet capture analysis, and forensic investigation methodologies.
- Proficient in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and frameworks such as GDPR, NIST, and ISO 27001.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuous learner with a proactive approach to staying updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and emerging threats.
