The Microsoft 365 Engineer is responsible for ensuring AGCO makes the most of its investment in the Microsoft 365 platform. A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and the various tools that our users leverage every day such as Office Apps, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Intune, EMS, etc. They will use this knowledge to secure and streamline administration of Microsoft 365 as well assist with any new initiatives being pursued in the platform which enables AGCO to continue to develop farmer-focused solutions to sustainably feed our world.

 

What you will do:

  • Maintain a detailed understanding of Microsoft 365 services.
  • Migrate key on-prem systems to Microsoft 365 services.
  • Drive the adoption, design, configuration and deployment of Microsoft 365 services.
  • Work with end-users and IT users alike to automate repetitive tasks that are currently being performed manually.
  • Assist with assessment, deployment, and administration of any additional third-party tools that introduced into our environment.

 

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent academic or on-the-job experience.
  • Strong background in Microsoft 365, Exchange 2013/Exchange Online, Active Directory/Azure Active Directory design, implementation and administration.
  • Strong understand of how to use the Microsoft 365 platform as a power user required; in particular Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and SharePoint Online
  • Ability to become subject matter expert of new tools adopted by AGCO for hot-desking, group presentations, automation, etc.

 

Travel Required

  • 5% travel may be required (depending on project)
