IT Analyst II - Parts Planning & Pricing, AGCO, Duluth, GA. Provide application support and enhancement of the PTC Servigistics / Informatica implementation for AGCO's Global Aftermarket Service Parts business. Roll out and support SYNCRON a Global Parts Pricing Application. Conduct investigation and resolution of production incidents, change requests and development releases according with workloads and business priorities. Support a global business community across multiple regions, in the area of Forecast and Planning as well as Global Pricing software support. Provide assistance on development with enhancements, bug fixes, upgrades, and new product development, migration to Amazon Web Services (AWS) server, general issue resolution on application, end user or development level. Integrate scheduled forecasts and historical predictions to improve forecasting accuracy using (ETL) tools. Must have a Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related field and 5 years of experience in (i) working on service or after sales spare parts demand forecast, demand planning, inventory strategy, allocation management, operations optimization, process improvement, and commodity management; (ii) using Structured Query Language (SQL) for analyzing scheduled forecasts and history predictions (iii) using ETL tool and (iv) using the following tools: SAP, MS Excel Macro, MS Access, Tableau, and Power BI. Of experience required, must also have 2 years of experience using PTC Servigistics. Experience may be gained concurrently.  Domestic or international travel 25% of the time required.
