IT Analyst II – Rapid Response (Remote)

We are currently looking for an IT Analyst II – Rapid Response with hands on E2E working knowledge of Kinaxis Rapid Response.

 

What You Will Do:

 

  • Knowledge about Rapid Response with previous support engagements.
  • Database knowledge.
  • User administration and security setup.
  • Standard workbook and custom workbook development.
  • Data checking and loading capabilities.
  • File transfer and data transfer client.
  • Excel upload and download capabilities.
  • KPI configuration.
  • Standard business processes and the related technical configuration.

  

What You Will Bring:

 

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, inventory management or planning
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization as well as with external vendors.
  • Experience working in Excel and working with a major ERP System (SAP, JDE, Baan, others)

 

A Plus If You have:

 

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working in SAP/Kinaxis RapidResponse Systems
