AGCO Corp has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Warranty & Shared Services (Remote) to join its continuous improvement team in Duluth, GA. Only 30 minutes outside of Atlanta, Duluth is home to AGCO headquarters. The location allows easy access to the big city lifestyle that Atlanta provides. The headquarters have grown to now include over 500 employees. In this position, you will drive the highest level of service and quality to our dealership network.

 

The Manager, Warranty & Shared Services will be fully responsible for the strategical direction and tracking of the Customer Support Technical Information Shared Service Organization (40+ global headcount and 3rd Party publishing team) delivered to our dealers, distributors and customer, making sure that the key levels of satisfactions are fully met. The role will have the final say in the processes, systems & tools used to improve the Global Customer Support Shared Services Technical Information deliverables that drive our dealers, distributors and our end customers (Farmers) satisfactions levels to ensure they are fully met and our NPS results are improved in line with the AGvance targets.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Drive the 5 year strategy for the Customer Support Organization with the Technical Information Shared Services team and delivery to other tools used by AGCO, Dealers, and Customers.
  • Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
  • Drive reviews to support processes and enhancements to achieve performance targets and KPIs to support Dealers, Distributors, and Customers; and processes required to support the NPS initiatives on technical information improvements.
  • Drive and own the delivery of technical information to other processes and systems aligned with the OneDigital Product Leader to ensure clear, accurate, and focused technical information.

 

What you will bring:

 

  • High School diploma or GED, along with 6-8 years of relevant experience
  • Certification or Training with PTC Tools - Product Lifecycle Management and Service Lifecycle Management
  • Certification or Training/Knowledge of Content Management presentation used in Dealer and Farmer Digital Tools
  • Knowledge of the Technical Publications Authoring and delivery to the sources utilizing the data

 

 

A plus if you have:

 

  • Fluency in other Languages (German, Italian, French, Portuguese) is a plus

 

Travel Requirement:

 

  • Up to 10%
