The Market Deployment Specialist (MDS) plays a crucial role in the successful deployment of digital solutions for our brands. The MDS leads digital deployment efforts in a specific market or market cluster, collaborating closely with the brands and following a co-deployment approach as per the defined methodology. This role involves planning and preparing the deployment of various digital products, ensuring that these deployments are executed timely and with high quality according to the strategic plan.
Your Impact

Manage deployment activities including stakeholder management, training coordination, quality assurance, and progress reporting.

Plan and prepare market deployment with the brand, adapting to local market specifics, and prioritizing dealer onboarding and training. Steer timelines and resources, track milestones, and align with NA Brand Leadership, field teams, and relevant departments.

Ensure regular communication with dealers, report to brands, and escalate issues and risks as needed.

Adapt central concepts for local market planning and manage the deployment project. Proactively manage market stakeholders and report deployment progress using quantitative and qualitative KPIs.

Create, deliver, and update training for digital solutions.
Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, professional training, or equivalent qualifications.

Experience in deploying and delivering training for digital tools and solutions.

Strong understanding of digital transformation and user adoption processes.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce and CPQ platforms is preferred.

Agriculture industry knowledge or experience is an added advantage.
