We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PMO Lead to drive project excellence across commercial transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in translating strategic ideas into actionable project plans, ensuring structured execution, and maintaining transparency across all phases of delivery. The PMO Lead will serve as a central coordination point, enabling cross-functional alignment and supporting project teams in achieving milestones and delivering results.
Your Impact
- Project Structuring & Planning
- Translate initial concepts and strategic goals into structured project charters and detailed plans.
- Ensure appropriate resource allocation and team mobilization.
- Define clear milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Execution & Monitoring
- Track progress against plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Facilitate regular status updates, issue tracking, and risk management.
- Escalate critical issues and support resolution through structured problem-solving.
- Governance & Reporting
- Lead and document workshops, meetings, and steering committees.
- Maintain and follow up on open item lists and action trackers.
- Provide clear and concise reporting on project status, risks, and decision needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between project teams, leadership, and external partners.
- Ensure alignment and transparency across all stakeholders.
- Support conflict resolution and foster a collaborative project culture.
- Methodology & Standards
- Apply consistent project management methodologies and tools.
- Promote best practices in planning, execution, and reporting.
- Support the rollout of standardized PMO processes across projects.
- Commercial Transformation Support
- Understand the dynamics of commercial transformation projects.
- Support initiatives involving sales process redesign, dealer collaboration, and performance improvement.
- Ensure PMO activities are aligned with broader transformation goals.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management or PMO roles, ideally within commercial or transformation environments.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, governance, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with retail and B2B sales environments is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
