Who We Are Looking For:

Penetration testers simulate cyberattacks to identify and report security flaws. They examine the vehicle or product for weaknesses through a variety of tools based on what they find during reconnaissance, then work with the development teams to get vulnerabilities remediated. At AGCO, the Penetration testing team is primarily responsible for following penetration test strategies for our agricultural products, including connected-vehicle hardware and other connected products.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Use tools, knowledge, and expertise to find and exploit security vulnerabilities in embedded systems including connected vehicles.
  • Coordinate testing and remediation with product development and deployment teams.
  • Write and submit reports capturing the results and potential mitigations found, in an easily understandable, highly impactful form.
  • Develop pen-test methodologies, strategies, and plans for our products.
  • Research new ways to apply current tools to offensively test our connected smart vehicles and connected products.
  • Research & design new tools and methodologies to find vulnerabilities in embedded systems on our connected products.

 

What You Will Bring:

  • Working experience with connected vehicles, CAN-bus, J1939, KWP2000, 4g/5g, WiFi, BTLE etc.
  • Knowledge of UNECE R155, R156, ISO21434 and ISO24089
  • Extensive working experience exploiting OWASP Top 10/ OWASP IoT Top 10 / CWE Top 25
  • Extensive working experience with common Pen-Testing methodologies and tools for either IoT/Connected vehicles, or similar connected embedded systems.
  • Experience designing custom tooling for
  • Strong preference for outcome-oriented thinking

 

A Plus If You Have:

  • Industry entry-level certifications: Sec+, CEH, EJPT
  • Entry-level software development / system design experience
  • Affiliation with a known entity that can publicly vouch for skillset.
  • Scrum/Agile experience or training
