Product Manager, Proactive Customer Service

​​Take a customer centered approach to the development of aftersales product and service offerings that enable an improved customer ownership experience and generate value add loyalty and revenue for AGCO 

​Lead Proof of Concepts at the intersections of Product development, Product design and Product Marketing domains. Project manage the definition, development and deployment of product specific strategies to enable all current and future Proactive Customer Services offerings​ 

 

Your Impact 

  • Work closely with different Brands, Functional Areas, Precision Ag and Digital departments to ensure a unified approach to product and service development and implementation 

  • Lead as product management role to develop business cases, customer value and define project plans for development and go to market activities (from pilot to global roll roll-out) and ensure on-time and on budget product delivery 

  • Maintain all aspects of product specifications including specification and options listings. Enable fellow product managers to offer Services, tools and products related to aftersales and customer support 

  • Work closely with the Parts Commercial Department to identify opportunities for new use cases to be explored and validated. Work with Marketing Communications to develop advertising and sales promotion activities 

  • Provide training and when necessary, visit individual dealers for research, insights, feedback and deployment. Present Proof-of-Concepts to key stakeholders and leadership for product approval   

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • 5+ years’ experience in the field of ag machinery/technology, distribution development and/or product manager roles 

  • Fluent in English with solid writing and oral skills, additional language competencies in German, French, and/or Portuguese a plus 

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage projects effectively. Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset 

  • Ability to quantify business-case with financials. Working understanding of agile project management principles 

  • Ability to articulate business requirements with data
