AGCO’s Massey Ferguson division is seeking a remote Product Specialist—ideally based near Omaha, Nebraska—to support sales and dealer relationships across the Great Plains and Midwest through extensive travel, collaboration with Account Managers, and hands-on engagement with agricultural producers, including product training, lead management, and customer demonstrations, all aimed at increasing market share and customer loyalty for this trusted global brand known for reliable farming solutions.
Your Impact

Plan, coordinate and conduct product and sales training on assigned products. Educate dealers and farmers on how to maximize the value of Massey Ferguson equipment through focused demonstrations and startups.

Work with Account Managers to develop and execute strategies for growing market share.

Participate in trade shows, field days, dealer events, and new product introductions to support regional engagement.

Coordinate with Massey Ferguson marketing and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
Your Exrience peand Qualifications

High school diploma and over five years of experience in training, sales, customer service, or technical support within the agricultural equipment industry.

Strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of heavy agricultural machinery is important.

Preferred qualifications include an associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management with a focus on agriculture.

Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Experience using Salesforce CRM is considered an advantage.
