AGCO is looking for a talented individual to join our growing Precision Ag and Digital Team! The Program Marketing Manager is a strategic role in the Proactive Customer Services team responsible for strengthening the connection between the Customer Support, Technical Support, and Dealer Development teams and its impact on the business telemetry IOT data. This role has two 2 core responsibilities: 1) design and development of the services offering for telemetry monitoring features and 2) enhance Proactive Alerts adoption for customers and dealers. What You Will Do:

• Elevate the Proactive Alerts effectiveness and impact on the business by developing, aligning and ensuring execution of the Proactive Customer Services offerings
• Project Management: Manage and coordinate globally for growth of Proactive Alerts usage across AGCO brands and AGCO distribution partners
• Planning: Provide recommended action plans to drive services adoption with distribution development and aftersales commercial team
• Capability Development: 1) Develop tools, training, and processes to growth the effectiveness of Proactive Customer Services work and 2) Distill and leverage critical insights from dealers and farmers to define use cases for Proactive Alerts 
• Stakeholder Engagement: Create a strong and jointly beneficial partnership across Customer Support, Technical Support, Fuse and Dealer Development teams, cross-functionally
• Communicate and explain Proactive Customer Service offerings and translate insights into value-add opportunities
 

What You Will Bring:

• 3 - 5 years experience in marketing, customer support, and/or project management
• Passion for agriculture and/or machinery industries
• Self-starter attitude
• Training material development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated reporting and presentation skills as it relates analytics and business impact
• Proven ability to work efficiently, effectively, and proactively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and dynamic environment
• Proven ability to work in a cross-organizational team environment
• Experience in B2B industry, preferred
