We are starting a revolution in the agricultural equipment industry!  AGCO is forming AgRevolution™, an agricultural equipment dealership to provide industry-leading products and support services to the farming community.  This new company is expected to begin operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of AGCO on January 1, 2021.

AgRevolution is looking for a Regional Sales Representative for the Elizabethtown, Kentucky area.  This position will professionally manage an assigned territory in order to aggressively market products represented by AgRevolution to achieve sales, profit, and market share objectives while maintaining customer relations.



  • Cover assigned territory by traveling to existing and potential customer locations to conduct sales calls, meetings, surveys, equipment inspections and demonstrations, problem solving while achieve sales volume, profit, and market share objectives. 
  • Assist customers with equipment recommendations, financial analysis, and problem solving by furnishing technical and production analysis assistance utilizing performance specifications, technical literature, computer programs, and industry experience, etc.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge on products, applications, industry, selling skills, and product support to enhance and achieve required sales performance.
  • Participate in sales meetings, and attend company represented product and market training as scheduled.
  • Participate in trade and industry association functions.
  • Accurately maintain and submit all required sales and other documentation. 



  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or other related field or relevant work experience.
  • 6 plus years of previous industrial equipment/machinery sales experience covering a broad territory.
  • Experience using computers, spreadsheets, word processing programs
  • Demonstrated experience growing and developing sales and market share within a broad territory or within a broad product line.
