AGCO’s Massey Ferguson Division has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Specialist to join its sales team in delivering extraordinary results throughout our dealer network. Our home office is located in Duluth, GA, however, this position is 100% remote for the right candidate.

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible to manage their assigned dealer’s wholesale activity for all AGCO products.  The position operates within the Dealer Central structure and is part of our call center.  They Specialist interface with dealers and their Field Sales team utilizing the AGCO departments of Marketing, Logistics, PCR, Dealer Support Services, Order Management, Accounting, and Dealer Financial Services to provide answers to dealer requests or inquiries.   

 

What you will do:

Manage all aspects of equipment orders from intake to delivery with a clear farmer focus while operating within an industry-leading Center of Excellence.
Deliver effective communications by all methods on all relevant aspects of the business to the dealer partner as well as field-facing AGCO teams to maximize measured deliverables.
Solve and resolve issues and challenges promptly as they arise through the use of all tools and processes while utilizing all AGCO resources.
Work cross-functionally with a broad spectrum of AGCO departments, functions, and individuals to constantly enhance and improve farmer-focused deliverables and results.
Own and Manage your time and talent to develop plans that mutually enhance job role satisfaction and the key focus areas in our purpose-driven culture.
 

What you will bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience phone customer service sales role making cold calls and answering incoming calls. 
  • French bilingual
  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office products
     

A plus if you have:

  • Sales Support experience working with dealerships within an Agriculture industry
    BA in Marketing, Business or another related degree
  • Ability to communicate effectively by telephone in a friendly, congenial manner: elicit and gain the cooperation of others
  • Organizational ability to execute the company sales and billings plan for maximum results. 
  • Expert-level time management skills
  • Proficient understanding of CRM products, ie Salesforce.
