Responsible for deploying AGCO’s digital solutions by adapting global strategies to local markets, managing dealer onboarding, and training, and ensuring smooth adoption. The role involves coordinating stakeholders, tracking performance and risks, and supporting post-launch activities to drive successful outcomes.
Your Impact

Lead market deployment plans for AGCO digital solutions—adapting the central methodology to local market needs. Build dealer-by-dealer onboarding and training plans, including prioritization aligned with Brand and Sales leadership.

Own and drive end-to-end project management and business ownership of digital solutions that enable and optimize commercial operations, ensuring alignment with strategy, timely delivery, and measurable business impact.

Coordinate training delivery (including trainer quality checks) and ensure rollout readiness across all stakeholders.

Provide regular status reporting across quantitative and qualitative KPIs (onboarding, learning completion, adoption, deviations vs plan).

Organize hyper-care support post go-live and coordinate issue triage with Digital product teams and partners. Collaborate closely with Brand Sales & Marketing, Distribution, DTO, AGCO Academy, and external support teams as required.
Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with relevant professional training.

3-5+ years of experience in project or deployment management, preferably involving multi-stakeholder environments.

Experience in coordinating training and driving adoption of digital tools (e-learning and/or instructor-led).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both dealers and internal teams.

Proficiency in KPI tracking, reporting, and risk/issue management; agriculture industry exposure and digital marketing knowledge are a plus.
