The Sr. Executive Assistant provides advanced executive-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders, exercising a high degree of confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, judgment, and discretion. This role coordinates complex calendars, travel, meetings, communications, and business activities while ensuring effective execution of administrative processes. The role serves as a working lead and trusted business partner, applying comprehensive knowledge of business support processes, coordinating activities across teams, and contributing to overall team effectiveness and operational results.
Your Impact

Provide proactive, high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel planning, expense reporting, correspondence management, and meeting coordination. Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, meeting materials, and executive communications using business software applications.

Screen, prioritize, and coordinate incoming communications, visitors, requests, and business activities on behalf of executives. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and associated logistics while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Manage administrative processes, documentation, records, and confidential business information with a high degree of discretion. Coordinate executive leadership meetings, offsite events, leadership reviews, and cross-functional business activities.

Serve as a primary point of contact across functions and regions, helping align priorities, schedules, and action tracking. Utilize established practices and business knowledge to resolve day-to-day administrative and operational challenges and recommend process improvements.

Provide day-to-day coordination, guidance, and support to administrative activities and may assist in distributing or tracking work within the support team. Participate in the development and implementation of administrative standards, policies, and practices.

Produce and administer Microsoft Teams townhall and live events end to end — building the event, managing presenter and co-organizer roles, running rehearsals and tech checks, coordinating captioning/translation and Q&A moderation, monitoring the live broadcast, and distributing the recording, transcript, and attendance reporting.
Your Experience and Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED required. Associate's degree or equivalent administrative/business training preferred.

Advanced administrative or executive support experience. Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders or executives.

Strong organizational, planning, coordination, and prioritization skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
