Your Role
The Sr. Executive Assistant supports three Senior Vice Presidents by managing their calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, and administrative tasks. This role ensures proper representation of the Senior Vice Presidents and their teams to internal and external stakeholders and customers. Additionally, the Sr. Executive Assistant collaborates with other executive assistants and handles project-based activities.
Your Impact
- Calendar Management: Arrange meetings and keep calendars up-to-date. Proactively manage the Senior Vice Presidents’ calendar with regular reviews, schedule monthly and ad-hoc meetings, resolve conflicts, and print necessary information in advance.
- Travel Management: Organize travel bookings, including airplane, train, rental cars, and hotel arrangements. Ensure compliance with AGCO Travel Policy and accuracy of itineraries in Outlook calendar. Manage travel expenses for Senior Vice Presidents and their teams and ensure visa, passport, and travel documents are up-to-date.
- Meeting Management. Organize meetings, including room, hotel, transportation, and catering bookings. Send timely invitations, update agendas and materials, and handle catering for Senior Vice Presidents' meetings and their teams. Prepare and consolidate presentations, and coordinate events as needed.
- General Administration: Produce purchase orders and payment requests as and when required according to AGCO Policies, maintain a budget tracking summary, implement and maintain an efficient filing system for the Senior Vice Presidents.

Your Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years previous working experience in an international organization supporting executive management team members
- Executive administrative skills and experience required
- Business level English is required. German and other languages are a plus, but not required.
- Experienced user level of all MSO365 suites including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams.
