Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and leading teams to deliver impactful change? AGCO is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Digital Business Transformation, to join our Digital Transformation Office (DTO) within our Distribution Management organization. In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for piloting, deploying, and driving adoption of AGCO’s digital solutions across our dealer network in North America.
Your Impact
- Lead and manage the North America Business Transformation team.
- Oversee project management, stakeholder engagement, communication, deployment, training, and quality assurance.
- Steer and coordinate all digital dealer-facing go-to-market plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Track milestones, communicate with dealers, and align regularly with internal stakeholders from Distribution Management, Brands, Aftersales, Customer Support, Digital Product Management, and IT, as well as external partners.
- Facilitate the dealer feedback process to continually enhance AGCO’s digital portfolio.
- Support requirements definition and fit-gap analyses for new solutions/features in collaboration with Digital Product Managers and business owners.
- Report to the global Head of Digital Deployment Management and play an integral role in AGCO’s cross-functional digital community.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Master’s Degree required.
- 6–8 years of relevant business experience and experience managing direct and indirect reports.
- Regional scope of impact and responsibility for project management and process management with budget responsibility in the range of $501K–2M.
- Strong business mindset with proven people management, project management, and change management experience.
- Experience in international environments, ideally within distribution management and/or commercial sales/after sales in agriculture, machinery, automotive, construction, or similar industries.
- Demonstrated success in change management, training, and deployment of digital tools.

Your Workplace
In this role, you will work remotely in the United States with occasional travel to AGCO locations to team up with your wonderful AGCO colleagues. ET & CT time zones preferred for global meetings.
