Your Impact  
- 
Support the Marketing Team goals through training, VIP events, New Product Introductions and field activities.
 
- 
Collaborate with Marketing and Field Product Specialists to design, develop and deliver training programs.
 
- 
Create, maintain, and manage a library of training materials.
 
- 
Become a Subject Matter Expert for assigned products by demonstrating a high level of agronomic, economic, and product knowledge.
 
  
Your Experience and qualifications  
- 
Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Engineering, Marketing, or Business, with over 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or product development within the capital goods industry.
Conduct product benchmarking and communicate test results to field and dealer personnel; lead development of innovative training aides that drive performance. 
- 
Demonstrate high mechanical proficiency and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications, PDF Expert, and Photoshop.
 
- 
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; comfortable speaking to and facilitating sessions for live audiences (Intermediate to Advanced level).
 
- 
Proven the ability to take initiative and deliver results within time, budget, and quality constraints.
