Sr. Marketing Product Specialist is responsible for supporting the profitable growth of Massey Ferguson North America’s Green Harvesting machinery business. Their primary focus is to lead corporate training, communicate product information and sales processes directly to field sales and to dealer personnel. The Sr. Marketing Product Specialist is responsible for producing product training collateral – both on-line and published documents (hard copy). This includes, but is not limited to, Video’s, Photos, Product Information Guides (PIGs), Product Marketing Bulletins, Competitive Comparisons, and Price Pages. They will also have the opportunity to assist in other areas including, but not limited to, supporting corporate events, dealer events, product launches, shows and field events.
Your Impact

Support the Marketing Team goals through training, VIP events, New Product Introductions, and field activities.

Collaborate with Marketing and Field Product Specialists to design, develop and deliver training programs.

Create and maintain training materials. Become a Subject Matter Expert for assigned products by demonstrating a high level of agronomic, economic, and product knowledge.

Assist with product benchmarking. Subject matter expert for full hay equipment line

Assist with projects to develop new and innovative training aides that drive results.
Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Engineering, Marketing, or Business

3-5 years in the Hay industry, Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.

A high level of mechanical proficiency. Experience in sales, marketing, or product development functions within the capital goods industry

Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications, PDF Expert, and Photo Shop. (Intermediate)

Proficiency and comfort speaking to and facilitating to a live audience.
