The AGCO PA&D Division has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager NA to join its team in delivering extraordinary results based in Duluth, GA. This is a role with growth potential and developmental opportunities. 


We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager – North America who can lead a remote team of about 7 - 10 Fuse Product Specialists across North America to grow AGCO’s precision Ag sales through our dealers. Ambitious 20% YoY revenue and adoption growth are achieved through business development, sales & operations planning. The Regional Sales Manager is the primary liaison and business owner from AGCO’s Precision Ag & Digital (PA&D) division for the North American whole goods (Brands) and aftersales (parts and customer support) organization.


What you will do: 


  • Grow AGCO’s $50M+ precision ag business in North America while meeting business budget


  • Successfully manage and develop a team of Fuse Product Specialists by identifying sales opportunities, coaching, and supporting key customer sales process


  • Develop AGCO dealer precision ag competency through management consultation and dealer business planning


  • Collaborate with regional whole goods (Brands) and aftersales team to define sales & marketing strategies for Fuse products, including pricing decisions


  • Identify emerging markets and customer needs and industry trends for the region



What you will bring: 


  • 5-8 years in sales or product marketing for Precision Ag technologies or Ag equipment
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth through a customer-centric approach
  • Leadership experience in managing and developing a field team to focus on business goals and objectives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions, such as marketing, product management, sales and aftersales
  • Demonstrated ability to experiment, innovate, and continuously improve based on data and diverse feedback
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience; MBA a plus


A plus if you have: 


• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience

• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage projects effectively

• Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
