AGCO is seeking a Vice President, Global Talent Solutions in Duluth, Georgia to serve an integral role in a global team providing exceptional HR program and systems delivery across AGCO’s global business segments. The VP, Global Talent Solutions will own and shape a cutting-edge and best-in-class talent strategy and function that provides an enriching experience for our employees. What You Will Do  

  • Establish the talent strategy and development roadmap in partnership with the Chief Human Resources Officer and senior leaders. Strategy will address workforce capabilities, skills and competencies needed to support business growth.
  • Consult with global HRBPs and leaders to understand their team development needs; establish a talent philosophy to enable a performance-driven culture and ensure integration into all talent programs and processes
  • Develop workforce planning and HR technology strategies, processes & policies (1-3 years) to deliver on strategic organizational and functional objectives; effectively lead AGCO's internship and rotational development programs. Work with global HR and Business leaders to plan, develop and implement these programs
  • Develop a robust people analytics strategy grounded in people data and key performance metrics that track outcomes of people, talent, and culture initiatives and support executive decision-making with a focus on continuous improvement of programs, processes, systems and tools.
  • Design global practices that support an engaging employee experience across the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, benefits, leave and payroll management, talent acquisition, performance management, learning, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Design and implement the enterprise talent review and succession planning program to identify and retain top talent (i.e., high potentials, diversity, critical role successors, etc.), facilitate internal movement and development, and build a diverse leadership bench. Build capability in HRBPs and leaders to enable accurate high potential assessment and successor identification
  • Provide effective people leadership of direct team through coaching, feedback and sound performance management practices, oversee the departmental budget; Manage all outside vendor relationships and partners that support various aspects of the global HR organization.

 

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related field required.
  • Minimum 15 years professional experience in a strategic, senior human resources capacity with at least 5 years of experience leading enterprise wide talent topics and strategy in a global environment or 5+ years of experience in a combination of business, functional and HR leadership roles with responsibility for HR excellence and system integration.
  • SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SCP) or Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) preferred.
  • Experience working with contemporary HR Technology platforms is strongly preferred (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, ServiceNow).

  • Demonstrated capability to implement enterprise talent strategies and practices.
