The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring that agricultural equipment components meet the highest standards of quality and reliability by performing inspections, calibrations, and troubleshooting using precision measurement tools and quality systems standards.
Your Impact

Conduct inspections of mechanical parts and assemblies using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure compliance with AGCO standards and ISO 9001 requirements.

Support calibration activities for measurement instruments and maintain records.

Document non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Assist in quality programming and setup for inspection of equipment and software.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and quality metrics. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aligned with departmental KPIs.
Your Experience and Qualifications

Associate’s degree (nice to have) in manufacturing, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance role preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Familiarity with GD&T - Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, ISO 9001 standards, and precision measuring instruments.

Experience with CMM, Creo, or similar CAD tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
