The Customer Care Manager (Ennery) is responsible for leading Customer Care operations for the Ennery-based markets, ensuring high-quality support and service delivery to AGCO’s dealer network. This role includes direct management of a team of supervisors responsible for the France, Germany, Italy, and Global Export markets, providing leadership, coaching, and operational direction to drive performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. The position serves as the primary leadership point for the Ennery Customer Care organization, ensuring alignment across teams, consistent execution of processes, and close collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, and other business functions.   

 

Your Impact: 

  • Provide dedicated leadership to the Ennery organization, ensuring alignment across the France, Germany, Italy, and Global Export teams while maintaining close engagement with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders.  

  • Manage and develop the Customer Care team, composed of 4 direct supervisors (with potential for future expansion) and their respective local teams. Ensure efficient dealer support by monitoring performance indicators and meeting service level agreements.  

  • Act as a liaison between Customer Care and key internal stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Shipping, etc.), driving collaboration and issue resolution.   
    Oversee order management activities, including order tracking, back-order management, stock allocation, deliveries, and escalation handling, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.  

  • Implement and enforce Customer Care policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal controls, and service standards across all markets under responsibility. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the execution of regional and global projects aligned with business objectives.  

  • Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, succession planning, and performance management. Represent the Customer Care function in business forums, providing visibility on operational performance, key challenges, and improvement opportunities. 

 

Your Experience and Qualification: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 

  • Proven experience managing Customer Care, Customer Service, or Aftersales Support teams. Demonstrated ability to lead people managers and develop high-performing teams in a customer-focused environment.   

  • Strong understanding of Customer Care operations, including order management, backorder resolution, escalations, and dealer support.   

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other business functions to resolve issues and improve customer experience.   

  • Proficiency in performance management and data-driven decision-making using ERP (Oasis & SAP), CRM, and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce).   

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives.    

  • Native French and advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) are required. German proficiency is strongly preferred due to the scope of responsibility for the German market. Additional European languages are considered an asset.   

  • Willingness to travel as required.
