About the Role: As a Field Support Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experience. You' will provide advanced technical support to dealers and end-users of the PTx product line, collaborate with R&D on new product launches, lead dealer training, assist at trade shows, and create PTx publications. Your role will involve coordinating with Product Support for field visits when necessary.
To create impact,
· Field calls from growers and dealers on technical support questions during office hours and after-hours rotation.
· Respond to inquiries and call-back requests placed on the online ticket system.
· Make on-site service calls when remote support is no longer an option.
· Communicate issues and future needs to the R&D team for current and future products.
· Be actively involved in the go-to-market process for new products to ensure successful launches.
· Create and deliver projects focused on customer experience, process improvement, and training effectiveness.
· Generate and edit content for technical publications, including manuals, bulletins, and product instructions.
· Lead breakout sessions for dealer training and PTx conferences.
· Compile, analyze, and report on test plot and field data to assist in marketing and research.
· Support customers in-field with issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
Your Experience and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Systems Technology, Agronomy, or 3+ years of industry experience supporting Precision Ag equipment, or 5+ years of related industry product support experience.
· Familiarity and experience in agriculture.
· Strong writing and editing skills with evidence of creativity.
· Ability to communicate and present to large groups.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
