Who We Are Looking For


We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic, diverse, and enterprising spirit AGCO EME Aftersales Team, a key sector within the AGCO Aftersales business.


The position is for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction among AGCO product owners by supporting Dealers with technical issues and in service development. Support of Sales department/brands from technical point of view to gain new customers and increasing market share.


What You Will Do


  • Maintain and increase customer satisfaction by solving technical issues
  • Ensure that all AGCO core or branded products are supported technically with superior customer service
  • Improve Dealer and Customer satisfaction
  • Arrange and participate in dealer meetings/workshop manager meetings
  • Participate in communication of technical information to the dealer network


Technical Support:

  • Daily technical support to the dealers office based (THD) or on site, including FUSE technology/Digital products and utilizing AGCO systems and processes such as Tech Connect, Salesforce, OneNumber etc.
  • Technical support to the dealer network to resolve technical issues
  • Report main issues through the Salesforce system, give answers to the support requests and suggest field solutions
  • Field issue escalation whenever the need arises
  • Participate in resolving customer complaints on technical issues, product performance issues etc.
  • Collect and report field issues
  • Provide an interface between dealers and factory/2nd level support
  • 1st level support for diagnostic tools
  • Follow up of support requests (cases) and statistics
  • Participate in marketing events as a service representative


Warranty and PSP

  • Policy handling according to AGCO procedures
  • Help in investigating the most complex warranty and policy warranty cases
  • Informing dealers about the PSPs and completion of those


Technical training:

  • Understand and emphasize the importance of technical training for the dealers
  • Actively pursue the dealers to participate in the trainings
  • Support and give inputs to the planning of technical training schedule
  • Support in giving technical training to the dealer network


What You Will Bring


  • Associates/Technical degree in Machinery / Agriculture
  • 2-3 years’ business experience in aftersales and service environment
  • Technical understanding and experience with agricultural or farm machinery market
  • Driving license B category
  • Proficient PC literacy with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel
  • Good communication skills – both written & oral English & Danish
  • Good presentation skills and ability to influence people – confident and authoritative
  • Team player spirit
  • Flexibility in travelling up to 50%
