The MyHR Generalist HR Manager serves as the primary HR contact within the country/location/sub-region and face of the HR Function to employees.  The MyHR Generalist is responsible for executing HR Strategies and initiatives locally.  This role ensures alignment with Global HR Policies while adapting and implementing them to meet country-specific legal, cultural, and operational requirements . The position partners with local business leaders and Global HR Business Partners alike to support employee engagement, compliance, talent management and operational excellence. 

Your Impact 

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving org design, workforce planning, leadership alignment, and capability building.

• Lead complex employee relations and compliance matters, mitigating risk and ensuring consistent, fair decision‑making across the business.

• Partner with global HRBPs and COEs to execute talent, performance, succession, and leadership development strategies in the local market.

• Drive culture, engagement, and change leadership, ensuring global priorities are translated effectively into local actions and behaviors.

• Use data and people analytics to influence decisions, highlight risks, and shape forward‑looking workforce and HR strategies.

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 

• 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.

• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams
